Cointreau Fizz passion and pepper
Recipe:
- 50 ml (1 ½ oz) of Cointreau
- 15 ml (¾ oz) fresh lime
- 2 fresh passion fruits
- 1 thin slice of Thai Chili Pepper
- 50 ml (1 ½ oz) of soda water
In a Boston shaker glass : pour the passion fruits juice and a slice of Thai chili pepper. Add Cointreau and lime juice. Fill with ice. Shake until the metal tin is frosted. Fine strain into the glass over ice, and top off with soda water.
Trick:
Garnish with a Thai chili pepper.
