Ritz Cocktail

For the type of brunch that requires cloth napkins and monogrammed dishes, this cocktail debuted at the famed Rainbow Room and was invented by the modern King of the Cocktail, Dale DeGroff.
  • 3/4 oz Rémy Martin VSOP cognac
  • 1/2 oz Cointreau
  • 1/4 oz Maraschino Liqueur
  • 1/4 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • Champagne

Combine everything but Champagne in a mixing glass with ice.
Shake and strain into a chilled Champagne flute and top with Champagne.
Garnish with a lemon spiral.
