

Ingredients (serves 4):
- 200g strawberry purée
- 200g strawberries
- 40g sugar
- 20g mint
- 320cl water
- 5cl Cointreau
Method:

Step 1
Infuse the mint in hot water for 20 minutes, strain and keep the infusion

Then blend together all of the ingredients in a food processor. Chill and then garnish the dishes with the chopped strawberries

Decorate with a mint leaf
