INGREDIENTS FOR THE MERRY MULE

  • 1.5 cups Cointreau
  • 3 cups vodka
  • 1 cup fresh lime juice
  • 0.5 cup ginger juice
  • 0.5 cup simple syrup
  • 0.75 cup soda water to finish

HOW TO MAKE THE MERRY MULE

  • Step 1

    Stir together all ingredients except soda water in a pitcher and refrigerate.

  • Step 2

    When ready to serve, add lime wheels to garnish.

  • Step 3

    Pour into collins glasses over ice and garnish each glass with lime wheels.
