Breakfast Martini

Invented in 2000 by internationally acclaimed bartender Salvatore Calebrese, this clever Cointreau cocktail makes use of a breakfast favorite: orange marmalade.
  • 1 1/2 oz Gin
  • 1/2 oz Cointreau
  • 1/2 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 bar spoon Orange Marmalade

Combine all ingredients in mixing glass, shake vigorously with ice
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with an orange triangle.
