30 ml Cointreau
60 ml mezcal

45ml Cointreau
20ml fresh lemon juice
30ml fresh orange juice
15ml egg white

30ml Cointreau
5ml grenadine
120ml champagne

Combine ingredients apart from champagne in a mixing glass. Add ice and stir briefly. Strain into a chilled champagne flute. Top off with champagne. Garnish with an orange twist.
