"Night of Stars" Gala 2009
Cointreau made an impressive appearance at Fashion Group International’s “Night of Stars gala.”
Cointreau partnered with Fashion Group International for their annual "Night of Stars" gala on the 22nd October 2009 at Cipriani’s Wall Street to honour trendsetters and icons in the fashion industry. Dita Von Teese, Global Brand Ambassadress for Cointreau, was a special guest celebrating the arrival of the Cointreau Teese cocktail in New York- the featured libation for the evening.
Dita also stepped out of her usual role to present milliner designer Stephen Jones with a fashion award. Fashion Group International ’sNight of Stars’s gala is one of three of the most important fashion events held annually in New York. This year’s superstar honoree was Oscar de la Renta, with other guests in attendance including Mary J. Blige, Gwen Stefani, Michael Stipe, Vera Wang, Evan Rachel Wood, Michael Kors, Jon Bon Jovi and Marc Ronson.
