- 2 oz Cointreau
- 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 3 Cucumber wheels
- 1 pinch Mint Leaves
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Muddle the cucumber, mint, and bitters in a mixing glass. Add Cointreau, lime juice, and ice.
Shake vigorously and strain into an iced highball. Top with soda.
Garnish with a cucumber wheel and mint sprig.
