Ingredients

For 1 cocktail

  • 60.00 ml Cointreau
  • 30.00 ml fresh lime juice
  • 3 cucumber slices
  • 4 mint leaves
  • 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
  • 45.00 ml soda water

How to make Cointreau Cooler ?

  • Step 1

    Combine all ingredients apart from soda water in a cocktail shaker

  • Step 2

    Add ice and shake until well-chilled

  • Step 3

    Strain into a chilled highball glass

  • Step 4

    Top off with soda water

  • Step 5

    Garnish with a cucumber slice and mint sprig
