Vivid Sydney boasts incredible 3D light projections, art installations, illuminated sculptures, performances, and more. Light artists, creative thinkers, and innovative visualizers and musicians go to town, showcasing their incredible creations in a vibrant kaleidoscope of colour, imagery, and sound. And this year, the Cointreau Kombi Margarita Bar will be offering some incredible creations, too. Every day and night of the festival, our expert mixologists will be shaking up a selection of hand-crafted Margaritas for festival-goers like you to enjoy.

Margaritas made the authentic way
The Original Margarita was created in 1948 by American socialite Margarita Sames for an Acapulco pool party. It has remained unchanged ever since: tequila blanco, fresh lime juice, a salt rim – and the critical ingredient, Cointreau. Margarita would never sully her favourite drink with an inferior triple-sec.
“A Margarita without Cointreau isn’t worth its salt,” said Margarita.
