Rim a coupette with fleur de sel.Combine 30 ml of Cointreau, 50 ml of tequila, 20 ml of fresh lime juice, and 4 fresh strawberries in a shaker.
Muddle all ingredients together.
Add ice and shake well.
Strain into your coupette and garnish with a sprig of mint.
