We've created an alcohol-free version for 3 of our original recipe for those of you who celebrate dry January. Have a look below!
Inspired by the Singapore Sling
1. Make 10ml of Citrus Oleo-Saccharum by combining peels from 2 oranges and 1 lemon with 100g of sugar and blending with a mortar and pestel
2. Set aside
3. Combine all spices in a bowl and use a muddler to crush: 1/2 of a cinnamon stick, 1 tsp juniper, 3 cardamom seeds, 1 tsp torrified buckwheat and 2 basil leaves
4. Add 100ml of fresh pineapple juice and the Citrus Oleo-Saccharum
5. Shake, double strain, sip away
Inspired by the Pear Tree
1. Combine 100ml of pear juice and 1 tbsp orange blossom in a highball class with ice
2. Stir
3. Serve with a side of caramelized walnuts
Inspired by the Cointreau Sour
1. Infuse Jasmin Pearl tea in orange juice for 40 minutes.
2. Combine 100 ml Jasmin Pearl-infused orange juice, 20 ml lemon juice, and 30 ml ginger beer in a shaker.
3. Shake it, strain it, enjoy it!
