7. Giveaway

The Instagram Giveaway Rules from 12th December 2025 until 13th January 2026.

  1. The promoter is: Cointreau, whose registered office is at Carrefour Molière, 49124 Saint-Barthélemy d’Anjou, France, acting with the help of its agency Helmut, whose registered office is at 17 Rue Pastourelle, 75003 PARIS FRANCE
  2. The competition is open to contestants over the drinking limit age in their respective country and will be not opened to contestants living in France.
  3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
  4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

  6. Residents of France are not eligible to participate in this contest.
  7. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
  8. Closing date for entry of the first giveaway will be 22nd December 2025 11pm (UTC+1). After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
  9. Closing date for entry of the second giveaway will be 12th January 2026 11pm (UTC+1). After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
  10. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
  11. The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows: On the Cointreau Instagram page:

    c. Tag 1 friends (over the drinking limit age in their respective country) in comments 

  12. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
  13. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
  14. There will be in total 7 winners, each receiving a prize they may choose depending on the post. The prizes are as follows:

    The first round of prizes is made of 5 prizes: blue branded jumper with printed Cointreau Logo at the front and orange MargaClub design at the back. The second round of prizes is made of two prizes: orange neon sign features MargaClub. The prizes are as stated, and no cash or alternative will be offered. The prizes are not transferable.

  15. The winners will be notified by direct message the Wednesday following the post published on Tuesday. If the winners cannot be reached or do not claim their prize within 14 days following the notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and select another winner.
  16. The promoter will notify the winner when the prize can be delivered.
  17. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  18. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by French law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of France.
  19. Helmut Agency will designate the contest winners who will be randomly selected via Instagram.
  20. Helmut Agency shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
  21. Helmut Agency also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
