How to make

Rim the glass with orange marmalade, a mixture of sea salt 70 % and powdered yoghurt (30%) from the tequila wash

Add all ingredients in a shaker, throw to chill down and gently aerate the cocktail

Double strain into a tumbler glass with hand cracked ice
