How to make

Step 1/3
Combine all ingredients in a shaker and stir for 20% dilution
Step 2/3
Shake and strain into rocks glass over a large block
Step 3/3
Garnish with a black sesame and sea-salt rim

*Freeze Distilled Rhubarb Cordial : Juice fresh rhubarb and fine strain through coffee filter. Place in the freezer and leave over night. Allow to melt by 25% original weight. You are left with a highly concentrated rhubarb juice. Acidify with citric acid (0.5%) and sweeten with agave nectar.

*Raicill-otol Blend : Equal parts Sotol and Raicilla to create a super grassy and slightly smoky agave blend.
