Add 300 ml of cola to a glass jar and stir to remove the carbonation
Add 1 cinnamon stick, 2 cloves, 30 ml of bourbon, and 5g of allspice berries Let rest overnight
Strain through a cheesecloth into a saucepan
In a separate bowl filled with ice cold water, add half of a gelatin sheet to rehydrate, then add to your warm cola mixture
Mix and let it cool down to room temperature
Pour the liquid into a siphon with one N20 cartridge, shake and let rest in the fridge for 2 hours before using
