How to make a Shrub

In a bowl, combine 1/2 cup sugar, 50 ml of agave syrup, and the zest of 4 limes and 3 oranges
Let it rest overnight in your fridge
Add 3/4 cups apple cider vinegar and stir
Let it rest overnight again.
Then, strain the mixture and store for up to 2 months
