  • 2.00 oz vodka
  • 0.25 oz red beet
  • 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
  • 0.25 oz cranberry juice

How to Make the 80s Beets Cocktail

  • Step 1

    Peel, stem, and cut the red beet into smaller pieces. Add beet pieces to Cointreau and let sit for 15 minutes. Strain and set as

    Add beet-infused Cointreau, vodka, fresh lime juice, and cranberry juice into shaker.
