Breakfast Martini

Invented in 1997 by the internationally acclaimed bartender Salvatore Calabrese, this clever Cointreau cocktail uses one of the breakfast most iconic ingredient: orange marmalade.

Ingredients

For 1 cocktail

  • 15.00 ml Cointreau
  • 50.00 ml The Botanist gin
  • 15.00 ml fresh lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp orange marmalade

How to make Breakfast Martini

  • Step 1

    Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker

  • Step 2

    Add ice and shake until well-chilled

  • Step 3

    Strain into a chilled coupe or cocktail glass

  • Step 4

    Garnish with an orange wedge
