How to make

  • Step 1/4

    Rim the double old fashioned with pea shoot-lime salt then add ice to the glass.

  • Step 2/4

    Build the cocktail in a tin and shake it up.

  • Step 3/4

    Double strain over the ice cube and carefully place the garnish: Pea Shoot-Lime Salt, Pea Flower and Pea Pod.

  • Step 4/4

    Serve nice and cold.
