This cocktail looks as innocent as a regular ice tea, but be careful. It is said to have originated in Long Island, hence the name, during the late 1970's. Made with Cointreau L'Unique, The Botanist Gin, Vodka, Blanco Tequila and Mount Gay Silver Rum, it is built directly over ice and served in a highball glass with lime wheel for the finishing touch.
