Boursault macarons

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Boursault
  • 16 thin slices of toasted spice cake
  • 1tbsp chopped chives
  • 1tbsp quince jelly

Ingredients:

  • Step 1

    Crush the Boursault with a fork and add the chives, salt and pepper

  • Step 2

    Roll the cheese into little balls, then gently press between two slices of ginger cake

  • Step 3

    Top each one with a small quantity of the jelly
