Citrus vinaigrette

  • 1 grapefruit
  • 10cl grapeseed oil
  • 10cl Cointreau
  • 10cl balsamic vinegar
  • Salt, Sichuan peppercorns

Method:

  • Step 1

    Squeeze the grapefruit juice but keep some of the pulp. Add all of the ingredients and blend in a food processor

  • Step 1

    Set aside and use as required to season green salads, seafood salads, chicken salads, etc.
