Cucumber with fromage frais and fresh herbs

Ingredients:

  • 1 cucumber
  • 150g fromage frais
  • Chives
  • Salt and pepper
  • zest of 1 lemon

Method:

  • Step 1

    Peel the cucumber, chop off the ends and hollow out the centre by removing the seeds

  • Step 2

    Combine the fromage frais with salt, pepper, chives and a hint of lemon

  • Step 3

    Fill the hollowed-out cucumber with this mixture

  • Step 1

    Chill for a good hour before cutting into slices around 1.5cm thick
