Mini apple tarts

Ingredients:

  • 1 sheet of shortcrust pastry
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 20cl cream
  • 4 apples

Method:

  • Step 1

    Use the shortcrust pastry to line your mini tart tins

  • Step 2

    Add slivers of apple

  • Step 3

    Beat the eggs with the cream and pour over the apples

  • Step 4

    Bake for approximately 30 minutes at 180°C
