Our establishment is open Monday to Saturday from 10am to 6pm, with no midday closing. We are closed on Sundays and public holidays.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

As a producer of spirits, we inform you that our services are intended for an adult audience. Minors must be accompanied by an adult legal guardian for the entire duration of the visit.

Pets are not permitted during the visit.

The tour route is accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Variations in temperature and noise levels may occur during the visit.

The production site does not operate on weekends or public holidays. For weekday visits, the operation of our facilities is not guaranteed.

Accepted payment methods: cash, cheque, Chèque-Vacances, credit card (Visa, Mastercard).

Alcohol abuse is dangerous for your health; consume in moderation. Our tastings are part of a responsible and sensible approach to consumption.

For anyone who prefers not to consume alcoholic beverages, an alternative will be offered. Please let us know at the start of the experience.

In the event of cancellation or modification of the booking, the refund terms are as follows:

  • Cancellation more than 24 hours in advance: 100% refund, by contacting us by phone at +33 2 41 31 50 50 or by email at carre.cointreau@remy-cointreau.com

  • Cancellation less than 24 hours in advance: no refund.
