Ingredients for the Nai Nai

  • 0.75 oz Cointreau orange liqueur
  • 2 oz gin
  • 1 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 0.25 oz "hot honey" (0.25 oz 1:1 honey syrup with 2 muddled jalapeño slices)
  • 1 pinch salt

How to Make the Nai Nai

  • Step 1

    Muddle jalapeño in honey in the bottom of a shaker tin.
  • Step 2

    Add remaining ingredients and ice.
  • Step 3

    Shake and strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a lemon wheel.
