Ingredients for the Nai Nai
- 0.75 oz Cointreau orange liqueur
- 2 oz gin
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
- 0.25 oz "hot honey" (0.25 oz 1:1 honey syrup with 2 muddled jalapeño slices)
- 1 pinch salt
How to Make the Nai Nai
Step 1Muddle jalapeño in honey in the bottom of a shaker tin.
Step 2Add remaining ingredients and ice.
Step 3Shake and strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a lemon wheel.
