Ingredients

For the recipe

  • 0.75 oz Cointreau
  • 2.00 oz The Botanist gin
  • 1.00 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 0.25 oz honey
  • 2 slices jalapeño
  • 1 pinch salt

HOW TO MAKE THE NAI NAI

  • Step 1

    Muddle jalapeño in honey in the bottom of a shaker tin.

  • Step 2

    Add remaining ingredients and ice.

  • Step 3

    Shake and strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a lemon wheel.
