Ingredients for The Prickly Pear Margarita
- 1 oz Cointreau
- 2 oz tequila
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- 0.5 oz prickly pear syrup
- 0.5 oz fresh grapefruit juice
How to Make The Prickly Pear Margarita

Step 1
Add all ingredients to shaker with ice and shake. -
Step 2
Fine strain over ice into glass salted with black Himalayan sea salt. Garnish with lime wheel.
To make prickly pear syrup:
Cover the fruit with water and bring to a boil. Cover and steep for 30 minutes. Mash, blend, and strain. Heat equal parts sugar, water, and prickly pear juice to make syrup.
