INGREDIENTS FOR PROJECT GEMINI

  • 1 oz Cointreau
  • 2 oz blanco tequila
  • 1 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 3 leaves fresh basil
  • 1 slice jalapeño (thin)

HOW TO MAKE PROJECT GEMINI

  • Step 1

    Muddle basil and jalapeño with Cointreau in shaker tin.

  • Step 2

    Add remaining ingredients.

  • Step 3

    Shake and strain into cocktail glass. Garnish with basil.
