Stella! Cocktail with Cointreau

Inspired by the classic, award-winning film A Streetcar Named Desire.

INGREDIENTS FOR STELLA!

  • 0.75 oz Cointreau
  • 1.5 oz The Botanist gin
  • 1 oz heavy cream
  • 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
  • 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 0.25 oz fresh orange juice
  • 0.25 oz simple syrup
  • 0.5 oz egg white
  • 1 dash orange flower water
  • 1 oz soda (as needed)

HOW TO MAKE STELLA!

  • Step 1

    Add all ingredients to a shaker. Shake first without ice.

  • Step 2

    Add ice, shake, and strain into a chilled Collins glass.

  • Step 3

    Top with soda to form a tall foam head.
