Tell Your Mother I Say "Chai"
Gather round the fire with your guests and a fireside chai this holiday season.
INGREDIENTS FOR TELL YOUR MOTHER I SAY "CHAI"
- 0.75 oz Cointreau
- 2 oz Mount Gay Rum infused with chai
- 2 oz coconut milk
- 0.25 oz maple syrup
- 1 dash vanilla extract
HOW TO MAKE TELL YOUR MOTHER I SAY "CHAI"

Step 1
Add all ingredients to shaker. -
Step 2
Add ice and shake. -
Step 3
Fine strain into rocks glass with a big cube. Garnish with star anise.
How to infuse rum:
Add 3 chai tea bags per 1 cup of rum and infuse for roughly an hour.
