  • 25.00 ml Cointreau
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 60.00 ml The Botanist gin
  • 2 slices jalapeño

How to make Nai Nai

  • Step 1

    Muddle jalapeño in honey in the bottom of a shaker tin.

  • Step 2

    Add remaining ingredients and ice.

  • Step 3

    Shake and strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.

  • Step 4

    Garnish with a lemon wheel.
