INGREDIENTS FOR THE GRILLED PEACH MARGARITA
- 1 oz Cointreau
- 2 oz tequila
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- 2 oz smoked peach juice
- 5 leaves mint
HOW TO MAKE THE GRILLED PEACH MARGARITA
Step 1Add all ingredients to shaker with ice.
Step 2Shake and fine strain over ice into a rocks glass.
Step 3Garnish with mint and grilled peach slice.
To make smoked peach juice:
Caramelize the sugars by placing halved, pitted peaches on a grill until a medium char is reached. Let cool. Peel off skin, blend, and strain. Wait until the peach juice has completely cooled off before adding to cocktail to prevent overdiluting. Place in fridge for faster results.
