Ingredients for Ritz Cocktail:

  • 0.5 oz Cointreau
  • 0.75 oz Rémy Martin VSOP cognac
  • 0.25 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 0.25 oz Maraschino Liqueur
  • 1 top up Champagne

How to make the Ritz Cocktail

  • Step 1

    Combine everything but champagne in a shaker with ice.
  • Step 2

    Shake and strain into chilled champagne flute.
  • Step 3

    Top with champagne.
  • Step 4

    Garnish with a lemon spiral.
