- 0.5 oz Cointreau
- 0.75 oz Rémy Martin VSOP cognac
- 0.25 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- 0.25 oz Maraschino Liqueur
- 1 top up Champagne
How to make the Ritz Cocktail
Step 1Combine everything but champagne in a shaker with ice.
Step 2Shake and strain into chilled champagne flute.
