Ingredients for Seelbach:

  • 0.5 oz Cointreau
  • 1 oz Bourbon Whiskey
  • 7 dashes Angostura Bitters
  • 7 dashes Peychaud's Bitters
  • 5 oz Champagne

How to make the Seelbach?

  • Step 1

    Combine everything but champagne in a shaker with ice.
  • Step 2

    Stir and strain into a chilled coupe glass and top with Champagne.
  • Step 3

    Garnish with an orange twist.
