This champagne cocktail was created in the mid-1990's by Adam Seger, to promote the Seelbach Hotel in Louisville.
Combine all ingredients apart from champagne in a cocktail shaker
Add ice and shake until well-chilled
Strain into a chilled champagne flute
Top off with champagne
Garnish with an orange twist
