Singapore Sling

This is the recipe served today at the Raffles Hotel in Singapore. It is said to have been invented by Ngiam Tong Boon, in the 1910's.

For 1 cocktail

  • 30.00 ml The Botanist gin
  • 15.00 ml cherry brandy
  • 5.00 ml Cointreau
  • 5.00 ml Benedictine
  • 15.00 ml fresh lime juice
  • 60.00 ml fresh pineapple juice
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters

how to make Singapore Sling

  • Step 1

    Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker

  • Step 2

    Add ice and shake until well-chilled

  • Step 3

    Strain into a chilled highball glass

  • Step 4

    Garnish with a pineapple leaf
