The Mimosa was created at the Ritz Hotel in Paris. Add a splash of Cointreau to your Mimosa and you have a delightful eye opener that will brighten up anyone’s morning.

For 1 cocktail

  • 15.00 ml Cointreau
  • 90.00 ml champagne
  • 45.00 ml fresh orange juice

How to make Mimosa

  • Step 1

    Combine all ingredients apart from champagne in a chilled mixing glass

  • Step 2

    Add ice and stir briefly

  • Step 3

    Strain into a chilled champagne flute

  • Step 4

    Top off with champagne

  • Step 5

    Garnish with an orange twist
