Singapore Sling

This is the recipe served today at the Raffles Hotel in Singapore. It is said to have been invented by Ngiam Tong Boon, in the 1910's.

  • 1.00 oz The Botanist gin
  • 0.50 oz cherry brandy
  • 0.25 oz Cointreau
  • 0.25 oz Benedictine
  • 0.50 oz fresh lime juice
  • 2.00 oz fresh pineapple juice
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters

how to mix Singapore Sling

  • Step 1

    Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker

  • Step 2

    Add ice and shake until well-chilled

  • Step 3

    Strain into a chilled highball glass

  • Step 4

    Garnish with a pineapple leaf
