Ingredients for The Spicy Honeydew Margarita
- 1 oz Cointreau
- 2 oz blanco tequila
- 2 oz honeydew melon purée
- 0.25 oz ancho chile liqueur
How to Make The Spicy Honeydew Margarita

Step 1
Blend cubes of honeydew melon in blender or food processor. Fine strain. -
Step 2
Add Cointreau, blanco tequila, honeydew melon purée, lime juice, and ancho chile liqueur to shaker with ice. -
Step 3
Shake and strain into ancho chile salt*-rimmed rocks glass over a large rock. Garnish with honeydew melon.
*1:1 ancho chile and salt. Grind together in spice grinder or food processor.
