Ingredients for cocktail Cointreau Fizz Strawberry and Mint:

  • 5 cl Cointreau
  • 2 cl Freshly squeezed Lime Juice
  • 3 Fresh mint leaves
  • 1 strawberry hulled and quartered
  • 10 cl Soda water

How to mix Cointreau Fizz Strawberry and Mint ?

  • Step 1

    In a boston shaker glass: muddle the strawberries with mint leaves, add Cointreau and lime juice.

  • Step 2

    Fill with ice.

  • Step 3

    Shake until the metal tin is frosted.

  • Step 4

    Strain into the glass over ice, and top off with soda water.

  • Step 5

    Tip : Garnish with a sprig of mint.
