Mini hummus canapés


  • 300g cooked and drained chickpeas
  • 2-3tbsp tahini (ground sesame paste)
  • 1/2 lemon (juice only)
  • olive oil
  • 1tbsp salt
  • 1tbsp cumin
  • 1-2 cloves garlic


  • Step 1

    Blend the chickpeas in a food processor with a little of their water

  • Step 2

    Add the tahini, lemon juice, garlic, cumin and salt, and continue blending while gradually adding the olive oil until the mixture reaches a smooth, creamy consistency
