

Ingredients (serves 4):
- 8 raw prawns
- 1tbsp olive oil
- 4cl Cointreau
- 1tsp soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic
- Salt and pepper
Method:

Step 1
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan

Add the crushed garlic and then the prawns. Season with salt and pepper to taste

Halfway through the cooking process (when the outsides of the prawns are starting to look a little red), add the Cointreau and the soy sauce. Next, cover and leave to cook for one minute (bear in mind that prawns cook very quickly)

Side dish: peeled lotus root fried in sunflower oil (may be replaced with green asparagus, baby corn or sliced carrots)
