A twist on the Mai Tai based on gin, published in the first edition of Trader Vic’s Bartender’s Guide published in 1947. Made with Cointreau L'Unique, Fresh Lemon Juice, Orgeat Syrup, Fresh Orange Juice, it is shaken to perfection and served in a lowball with mint sprig for the finishing touch.     Cointreau L'Unique

    30 ml

    fresh lemon juice

    15 ml

    orgeat syrup

    15 ml

    fresh orange juice

    Garnish: Mint Sprig

    Tools: Cocktail shaker, Garnish tools, Jigger, Strainer
