Olive puff pastry twists


  • 2 puff pastry sheets
  • 2tbsp tapenade
  • 2tbsp chopped parsley
  • A few drops of olive oil
  • 1tbsp capers
  • 4 anchovy fillets
  • Sesame seeds


  • Step 1

    Pre-heat the oven to 200°C. Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper

  • Step 2

    Mix together the tapenade, parsley, oil, capers, sesame seeds and finely sliced anchovy fillets in a mixing bowl. Stir to form a thick paste

  • Step 3

    Spread this paste onto the puff pastry, then cut the sheets into slices 1.5cm thick and twist to form the desired shape. Transfer to the baking tray and cook for 5-10 minutes
