Five-minute sea bass

Ingredients (serves 4):

  • 4 white fish fillets (sole or sea bass)
  • 1tbsp olive oil
  • For the sauce:
  • 3cl soy sauce
  • 2cl Cointreau
  • 1tsp grated ginger
  • 1tsp white sesame seeds
  • 1tsp crushed peppercorns
  • 1 pinch of Guérande salt

Method:

  • Step 1

    Pre-heat the oven to 280°C

  • Step 2

    Place the fish in an oven dish and drizzle with olive oil

  • Step 3

    Grill for 5 minutes

  • Step 4

    Serve with a sauce made from the ingredients listed above

  • Step 5

    Side dish: sautéed mushrooms, wakame (Japanese seaweed)
