  • 25.00 ml Cointreau
  • 25.00 ml Rémy Martin V.S.O.P cognac
  • 30.00 ml champagne
  • 15.00 ml fresh lemon juice

How to make a Champagne Sidecar

  • Step 1

    Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker

  • Step 2

    Add ice and shake until well-chilled

  • Step 3

    Strain into a chilled champagne flute

  • Step 4

    Top with champagne
