Inspired by the 2019 film Gemini Man. Not quite a carbon copy of The Margarita.

Add all ingredients (except sparkling water) to a shaker tin with ice.
Shake and strain over fresh ice into highball glass with half-salted rim.
Top with sparkling water and stir to combine. Garnish with lime twist.
