From sealing to shaking to serving, learn how to master the bartender-style shake in a few simple steps.
Pour your ingredients into the tin (if using a two-tin shaker, the smaller of the two)
Fill with as much ice as possible
Seal your shaker using the cap or second tin (if using two tins, don’t align them but slightly tilt to create a straight line between both tins)
Shake until the outside is well frosted
Open the shaker and place the strainer atop the opening
Strain over the serving glass
