Chocolate fondant with a hint of Cointreau

Ingredients (serves 4):

  • 100g dark chocolate
  • 60g unsalted butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 70g sugar
  • 40g flour
  • Cointreau cuisine

Method:

  • Step 1

    Melt the dark chocolate and the butter over a low heat

  • Step 2

    Combine the 2 eggs with the sugar and then the flour in a mixing bowl

  • Step 3

    Add the chocolate and melted butter mix

  • Step 4

    Pour the batter into 6 greased ramekins (or silicon moulds)

  • Step 5

    Bake at 180°C in a pre-heated oven for 10 minutes

  • Step 1

    Turn out and spray with Cointreau Cuisine
